Here at Baked By Bryant, we are all about cake. Always made to order with quality ingredients, it's the tastiest way to celebrate while making a statement!
Each cake comes with the sponge, filling, and buttercream finish. Flavors to the right are popular pairings, but the cakes, fillings, and buttercreams can be mixed and matched to preference. All cakes and fillings are guaranteed to be shelf stable for your event. Fondant and chocolate details can be added to accomplish the theme.
Classic Vanilla
A moist vanilla cake paired with sweet vanilla buttercream. To add a fruity twist, pair the cake with a strawberry or raspberry filling!
Chocolate Dream
A rich chocolate cake (my FAVORITE!), filled with a chocolate ganache, and finished with your choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream.
Birthday Cake
True to its namesake, it's the perfect choice for a kid's birthday party. A rendition of my Classic Vanilla, but filled with rainbow sprinkles!
Wedding Day
My popular almond cream cake paired with a bright raspberry filling and almond buttercream.
Cookie Butter
Also referred to as Biscoff, this flavorful spice cake is filled with crushed Biscoff cookies and a cookie butter infused buttercream. It's a family favorite of mine!
Red Velvet
A classic red velvet cake paired with vanilla buttercream.
Cookies & Cream
Your choice of chocolate or vanilla cake filled with crushed Oreos and finished with cookies and cream buttercream.
Cookie Dough
Your choice of vanilla or chocolate cake with an edible cookie dough filling and topped with a cookie dough buttercream.
Raspberry Lemonade
A tangy lemon infused cake paired with a flavorful raspberry filling, and finished with a raspberry buttercream. The raspberry pairing can also be swapped with strawberry.
Sweet Strawberry
All things strawberry! A strawberry cake paired with strawberry filling, finally finished with a strawberry buttercream.
Turtle
SO GOOD! This cake starts with a chocolate sponge, filled with toasted pecans and Ghirardelli caramel, then topped with a salted caramel buttercream.
Peanut Butter Bliss
A chocolate cake filled with a creamy peanut butter filling (& toasted peanuts if you prefer), finished with a peanut butter buttercream.
Coconut Raspberry
A cake infused with coconut milk and coconut flakes, paired with raspberry filling, and finished with coconut or vanilla buttercream.
Chai Spice Delight
A warm Chai spice cake paired with vanilla buttercream.
S'mores
A cake that will leave you wanting S'more ;) It begins with a chocolate sponge, is filled with marshmallow fluff and crushed graham crackers, and finished with marshmallow buttercream.
Candy
Take your favorite candy and we can turn it into a cake. Of course the flavors will vary, but we'll start with a chocolate or vanilla cake and fill it with your favorite candy, and finish it with a complimentary buttercream.
base pricing
All cakes are available in a heart or round shape. Base pricing covers bulk of design, but additional cost may be added for extra toppers or decoration items.
