Baked by Bryant is an in-home bakery based in Montrose, IA. We operate as a cottage bakery specializing in custom treats for every occasion. We believe that life is worth celebrating and we want to help you do that with our baked goods. We are committed to creating memorable desserts that both look great and taste amazing. our story
Haley grew up with a love of baking instilled in her. Her grandmother always baked the best treats (especially pies!) and her mom would bake cookies while she with her sisters and cousins would eat the dough and watch movies. Every Christmas season, they would have an extravagant baking day where hundreds of candies and cookies were baked, packaged, and sent out the door! It's no wonder baking has become such a part of her life.

Baked By Bryant unofficially began years ago as Haley would spend college nights baking, either to share with friends at a gathering or to avoid doing homework. She would play with different recipes, creating fun and unique cupcake flavors. She would bake for events of family and friends, eventually taking up the task to bake for her own wedding!

Baked By Bryant then officially opened the summer of 2023 after the birth of her first daughter, Alison. She knew she needed to find some way to stay home with her, and this was it! While Haley does all the baking, some credit must be given to her husband Tyler who continues to encourage her in this business and taste tests about everything before it leaves the house. Then, of course, sweet Alison is the heart of the bakery. As this family continues to grow, it's the hope and prayer for this tradition to continue and follow Alison.
